PwC Ireland is looking for experienced finance professionals to take their impact to the next level. Whether you've led finance transformation from within a team or advised clients, this role offers opportunity to work with top organisations, modernise finance functions, and shape future finance operations.
What You'll Do- Lead finance transformation projects from strategy through to execution, focusing on core processes such as Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and business partnering.
- Design and implement future ready finance operating models, using best practices, automation and digital tools.
- Collaborate across PwC's global network to deliver innovative tech enabled solutions.
- Manage and mentor teams, ensuring high quality delivery and continuous development.
- Develop transformation assets such as diagnostics, playbooks and delivery tools.
- Support business development, including proposals, client workshops and thought leadership.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders as a strategic advisor.
- A background in finance transformation consulting or deep expertise in Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash or Finance Business Partnering, with a strong understanding of how finance supports business performance.
- Experience working in or alongside finance teams to improve processes, systems or ways of working.
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead teams and deliver results.
- Familiarity with digital enablers such as automation, dashboards, process mining and ERP/EPM systems such as SAP, Oracle or Workday.
Travel Requirements: Up to 20%.
