What you'll be doing

Our Branch Designate Managers (BDMs) are energetic, enthusiastic, and personable, with a strong desire to learn. They set high standards and ensure that the customer remains at the heart of every decision. We want our BDMs to empower their teams to deliver exceptional customer service both in-store and through digital platforms.

We're looking for you to motivate and coach your team to drive store performance. In a rapidly changing retail environment, you will embrace change and technology, ensuring your team maintains high performance in a fast-paced setting. You will be a role model for our values, creating a winning team. Ideally, you will have experience in retail or service industries, but if you have the ability to engage, coach, develop, and truly connect with a team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
