Job Description

Location: Letterkenny - Hybrid 2 days per week onsite

Responsibilities

Working in the PGIM People Team, the Manager, Compensation & Analytics will: identify, develop, and implement innovative compensation solutions; manage established processes; and work with internal partners and clients to execute initiatives and creatively solve PGIM people-related compensation challenges for assigned areas.

  • Develop methods to manage headcount and compensation reporting analytics, compensation expense forecasting and the year-end compensation process.
  • Develop and maintain compensation structures based on benchmarking insights.
  • Design, streamline, and execute a wide variety of Total Reward processes, analytics, and forecasts, and manage ad hoc requests.
  • Partner with People Business Leaders, People Operations, and PGIM Finance to develop and oversee a streamlined approach for headcount and compensation expense analytics (including accruals, modeling and forecasting for investment professional, sales and corporate staff).
  • Manage and execute year end compensation processes for assigned PGIM areas, including salary, short term and long term incentives, promotions and performance management.
  • Advise People Team and business leaders on impacts of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and maintain structures that support continued compliance with regulatory obligations.
  • Manage ongoing market data matching and job architecture, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and deliver guidance on grade and pay structures.
  • Provide day to day compensation consulting support to PGIM Total Rewards and the broader People Team.
Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of experience in HR Compensation roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Curiosity and creativity for innovative approaches to solving compensation challenges.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to tell a story from data.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFs, Nesting, Power Pivot, Charts) and exposure to Power BI, Visier, or similar data analytics/visualization tools.
  • Willingness to increase skill level and develop AI promoting skills such as Microsoft Co Pilot.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects with varied deadlines.
  • Strong relationship building, partnering, influencing, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
  • Strong work ethic and self motivation, with the ability to manage a high volume, fast paced environment and extend hours as needed.
  • Experience with Aon and/or WTW benchmarking data.
Preferred Experience
  • Financial services industry, asset management, and/or global experience.
  • Experience with position management tools/systems.
  • Experience with Workday and compensation management tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft Access and Microsoft PowerPoint.
