In this newly created role, you will head up an existing team of consultants - all working in professional (high margin) markets. You'll be responsible for nurturing and developing your team, as well as growing the headcount over time. You'll have lots of support to do this; with world-class infrastructure around you. There will be a small personal billing element to the role (but there is so much warm business here, that won't be a challenge).
