Key Responsibilities Partner with internal collaborators in Marketing, Product Strategy and Sales across time zones to align on objectives and deliverables. Develop, manage, and optimize workflows that support scalability, efficiency and consistency. Embrace Intent based signals, Artificial Intelligence tools and Account Based Marketing to increase pipeline and conversion rates Mentor and develop a high-performing team of 6 Business Development Representatives aligned with Nasdaq's values. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. proven experience in Business Development. Strong ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions Clear communicator with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments. Proficiency in tools or platforms such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, 6Sense, OutReach and StoryLane Preferred Qualifications Experience in capital markets, FinTech, or regulated industry. Exposure to global teams and cultural nuances in cross-border collaboration.This position will be located in London and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
