You'll play a crucial role in bridging strategy and execution for our clients, combining business insight with technological depth to drive tangible transformation.

What you will be doing & what will you get in return

As a Senior Management Consultant, you'll work directly with senior IT leadership to shape their digital future. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure seamless execution across the board. You're not just an advisor, you're a driver of change.

You will:

• Define IT strategies and operating models to support enterprise-wide transformation
• Drive architecture and sourcing engagements
• Translate digital ambitions into executable roadmaps
• Advise on cloud adoption, IT/OT integration, and emerging technologies
• Lead engagements from vision through execution
• Guide and coach client teams for long-term impact

Recent projects include:

• Designing a cloud strategy and transformation roadmap for a leading FinTech
• Launching a cross-border Cloud Competence Center for a pan-European enterprise
• Developing a future-ready IT operating model in a federated organization
• Leading the IT/OT convergence initiative for a global industrial player

Who are you?

You're a trusted advisor and pragmatic leader. You connect business ambition with execution and thrive on creating real change.

You bring:

• 8+ years of experience in IT or Management Consulting
• A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business IT
• Strong knowledge of digital infrastructure, cloud (Azure, AWS), architecture, and AI
• Commercial instincts: you spot opportunities and close deals
• A hands-on attitude and entrepreneurial mindset
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and modern organizational models
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
