My client is seeking an experiencedManagement Consultant - Business Change & Transformationto join a fast-paced UK bank, helping shape and govern the delivery ofnew regulated products. This is a role for someone who thrives wheretechnology, regulation, and innovation intersect.

Overview

• Leadbusiness and product change initiatives, including new product launches and transformation programme projects.
• Translateregulatory, strategic, and technology requirementsinto actionable product and operational changes.
• Conductimpact assessments, gap analyses, and business readiness reviewsto ensure delivery readiness.
• Define and documentbusiness requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor delivery progress, manage blockers, and ensure alignment withscope, timelines, and budgets.
• Drivestakeholder engagementand communicate change impacts, risks, and benefits across the organisation.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience deliveringbusiness or product changewithin banking, fintech, or payments.
• Strongbusiness analysis, stakeholder management, and change deliveryskills.
• Comfortable working acrosspayments, APIs, risk & controls, and agile delivery environments.
• Experience withfinancial crime, transaction monitoring, and/or cross-border and domestic paymentsis highly desirable.
• Track record ofcompleting internal change and transformation projects, or working in aconsulting capacityto deliver change and transformation programmes.
• Ability to operate infast-moving, less structured environments, managing competing priorities effectively.
