Job summary

We are looking for an organized, good communicator and eager learner who can work independently or as part of a team.

This role is within the Management Company Services team, managing and coordinating activities for Funds where Amundi Ireland is the Management Company. The team currently handles 65bn euros of assets across 80+ funds, with further additions expected in 2024. The role ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements relating to these funds, including oversight of Investment Managers, Distributors, and Fund Accountants/Depositories. This is a growth activity for Amundi Ireland and the role is needed to support expanding business and increased stakeholder interactions.

Responsibilities
  • Support all central management company services activities for Irish domiciled funds.
  • Interact with company delegations for specific activities such as investment management, distribution, and fund administration.
  • Participate in the product development process for new funds launched across all actively managed asset classes and ETF business lines.
  • Coordinate and review reports received from delegates on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Engage with the Designated Person Functions for Fund Risk, Regulatory Compliance, Investments, and Capital & Financial Management.
  • Coordinate with Administrators and Auditors for audit of the Fund Annual Financial Reports and required inputs.
  • Support preparation and filing of regulatory reports.
  • Assist in service management of delegated administration service providers and resolve service issues.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, or other relevant area, or equivalent postgraduate qualification or demonstrated relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
