Management Accountant

A well-established international organisation with a significant presence in Belfast is seeking a qualified Management Accountant to join its finance team. Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in the preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, statutory reporting and financial analysis. You will support month-end processes, prepare board reporting packs, monitor performance against budgets, and provide insightful financial information to support business decision-making. You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with financial controls and regulations, and support the development of a high-performing finance function.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance position. You will have strong financial reporting experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience dealing with external auditors and advanced Excel skills will be highly advantageous. Previous exposure to a shared service environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
