• Prepare management accounts and financial reports to ensure timely and accurate analysis.

• Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Collaborate with various departments to optimise financial performance and cost control.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and accounting software.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
• A proactive approach to improving financial processes and systems.
