Management Accountant

Meraki Accountancy & Finance is delighted to be partnering with a market-leading organisation based on the outskirts of Glasgow to appoint a Qualified Management Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing and growing finance team within a dynamic business environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting financial performance, working closely with the finance leadership team and a wide range of stakeholders. This is a varied position offering exposure across business partnering, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly management accounts to tight deadlines
• Produce insightful monthly management reporting packs
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide meaningful financial guidance and support decision-making
• Oversee stock control processes and reporting
• Maintain and enhance robust internal controls
• Deliver detailed analysis on departmental performance and margin reporting
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with senior finance leadership
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements, including reporting enhancements and system upgrades

Candidate Profile

• Fully qualified accountant (ICAS, ACCA, or CIMA)
• Proven track record in preparing management accounts within a commercial environment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
