Your new company
Hays are delighted to be supporting a national construction company recruit their next Management Accountant. The company are located just outside Birmingham city centre and offer 1 day per week hybrid working.
Your new role
You will support the Financial Controller and oversee 3 distinct areas, monthly management accounts preparation, review of KPI and metrics and analysis. Cash Flow projections and budget control on individual projects. You will also be responsible for WIP and review of spending. This is a broad all-round role and will allow someone great exposure to develop their commercial acumen.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Management Accountant, part or fully qualified looking to join a growth organisation. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to present data to non-finance stakeholders.
What you'll get in return
Salary up to £49000, plus benefits and bonus. 1 day WFH.
