Job Title: Management AccountantLocation: Swindon (Hybrid - 2-3 days in office)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

About the Company:

Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Swindon. With a strong reputation for innovation and quality, they are now seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to join their finance team and support strategic decision-making during an exciting period of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary

Support budgeting and forecasting processes

Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs

Assist with cost accounting and inventory valuation

Partner with operational teams to provide financial insight and drive performance

Support year-end audit and statutory reporting processes

Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiencies

Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies

Requirements:

Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)

Proven experience in a management accounting role, ideally within manufacturing or a similar industry

Strong analytical and Excel skills

Experience with ERP systems

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially aware
