Makerspace Support & Customer Service Specialist

New Start is seeking a Customer Service Officer to support users of our library makerspaces and help with events and activities. The role focuses on frontline customer care, assisting users with equipment, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

You will prepare equipment, assist with bookings and sessions, and work with staff and volunteers to promote makerspace services while ensuring safety and high standards of service. Weekend/evening work may be required.
