Major Gifts Philanthropy Lead - Hybrid

Smile Train is seeking a highly skilled Philanthropy Manager to grow our high value donor programme and secure five- to six figure gifts. You will manage a portfolio of donors, lead strategic outreach, and drive personalized stewardship in a fast-paced, global team.

The role is full time, hybrid, with travel for donor visits and events. Reports to the UK Fundraising Director and requires a proven track record in major gifts and building relationships.
