Contract Duration - Initial 1 year contract, after the 12 months you will go into a potential permanent position

Are you an experienced and versatile Maintenance Technician with a passion for solving technical challenges? My client is a global market leader in integrated technical, facilities, real estate and project management and are looking for a driven Technical Coordinator to strengthen their team in the Rotterdam Botlek and Europoort region.

What will you do?

As a Maintenance Technician, you and your colleagues are responsible for the continuity of the technical installations at our customer locations. Your tasks:

• Independently carry out planned maintenance and repair work such as repairing lighting, furniture and plumbing
• Solving technical malfunctions in the field of electricity and HVAC or another technical area
• Preparing and executing projects, for example structural, electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Coordinating and supervising external service providers for specific technical jobs, where safety is paramount
• Ensuring a safe working environment by complying with internal safety regulations
• Reporting work performed and any problems to your manager

This is what you have to offer:

• Broad general technical knowledge of building-related systems such as lighting and HVAC systems
• Knowledge of electrical installations or the desire to learn this.
• 2 right hands and good technical insight
• Driving license B
• In possession of VCA-Vol, or willing to achieve this.
