Pinnacle Group is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to maintain high standards of cleanliness in our manufacturing site. You will be joining our Workplace Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team based in Rocester, Staffordshire, ST.

Responsibilities- As a working Team Leader, demonstrate a strong work ethic with excellent punctuality and attendance.
- Supervise and coordinate a small team, ensuring tasks are completed to schedule and required standards.
- Allocate and delegate duties effectively to maximise productivity.
- Maintain a clear understanding of operational and production processes.
- Carry out and oversee work in confined spaces and at height in accordance with relevant procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with all health and safety regulations and site policies.
- Lead by example in promoting a safe working environment.
- Perform physically demanding duties as required by the role.
- Remain flexible to varying shift patterns, working hours, and operational demands.
- Proven experience with industrial cleaning and maintenance, and leading small teams.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Good level of physical fitness.
- Valid relevant certifications for confined space and working at height (preferred/required as applicable).
This is a full-time role - Tuesday to Saturday. Working Tuesday to Thursday 11am to 7pm, Friday/Saturday 8am to 4pm. Time and a half paid on Saturday plus the option for overtime and a potential monthly bonus, for no sickness and work completion.
