Manpower is looking for a Maintenance Team Lead for a company in Arnhem.

In this role, you are responsible for managing and supporting a team of technicians while ensuring the performance of complex logistics systems.

Daily tasks:
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of maintenance technicians
  • Ensure maximum uptime of automated logistics systems
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues quickly
  • Work with technologies such as electrical systems, mechanics, pneumatics, and sensors
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as IT support and operations
  • Maintain a safe working environment and follow all procedures
  • Report on performance, improvements, and maintenance planning

Working hours
  • 5-shift schedule (2-2-1)
  • Average of 34 working hours per week
  • Regular weekends off
