Maintenance Surveyor
Salary: £40,700.34 + £2,000 car allowance
Location: Bradford
Contract: Temporary, 37 hours per week

The Role
As a Maintenance Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering an effective repairs and maintenance service, ensuring high standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with contractors, residents, and internal teams, helping to drive a performance-led culture focused on service excellence and accountability.
Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver responsive and planned maintenance services across the housing stock
  • Conduct property inspections and diagnose repair requirements
  • Manage contractors to ensure works are delivered on time, to budget, and to the required standard
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry best practice
  • Support performance management and continuous service improvement
  • Build strong relationships with residents and key stakeholders

About You
We are looking for someone who:
  • Has experience in a maintenance/property surveying role (ideally within housing)
  • Is passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Can drive a performance-focused culture with accountability and continuous improvement
  • Has strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Is able to lead, influence and motivate colleagues and partners
  • Is committed to making a positive difference within local communities
