About Your New RoleWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a leading maintenance provider on a static role within a major hospital in Dublin City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for long-term stability while working in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing works across the hospital site
- Diagnose and repair plumbing faults, leaks, and blockages
- Maintain and service hot & cold water systems
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Work closely with onsite facilities and engineering teams
- Provide high-quality service in a clinical environment
- Trade Qualified Plumber
- MUST have an previous experience in maintenance or facilities management environment
- Strong knowledge of building services and plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently on a busy, critical site
- Hospital or large commercial environment experience is desirable but not essential
- Static, long-term role based in the City Centre
- Work with a reputable maintenance contractor
- Opportunity for overtime and career progression
