Job Description

We are recruiting an experienced Plumber for a leading Facilities Management company. This is a static role based at a hospital in Manchester, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and general plumbing repairs. The position is long term with a strong opportunity to go permanent, ideal for someone seeking stability and full time ongoing work.

Hours

37.5 hours per week - plus overtime

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM plumbing maintenance on a hospital site
• Repair and maintain all plumbing systems
• Diagnose and rectify plumbing faults
• Attend and fix leaks, blockages, and general plumbing issues

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in building maintenance / FM environments preferred
• Able to start immediately
