Responsibilities- Repairs
- Painting
- Plumbing
- Minor ground maintenance
- Regular service inspections
- Ensure correct operation of all systems including heating, lighting and fire testing systems
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Reliable, helpful and courteous
- High degree of accuracy when carrying out relevant checks and repairs
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Work on your own initiative and as part of a team
