Be a part of it.Cygnet Healthcare is looking for a Maintenance Operative to join our team at Conifers and Marian House.We are a specialist residential home providing outcome focused care for adults with a primary diagnosis of learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.You'll be working 40 hours a week across Conifers and Marion House.Your Day-to-Day Provide a comprehensive maintenance & repair serviceCarry out a range of tasks including basic joinery, plumbing, painting & general building workMaintain equipment, services & vehiclesComply with safe working practices & report faulty equipment and potential hazardsTravel to other sites & on occasions be on call to carry out emergency repairs outside of normal working hoursCheck the fire alarm points weekly, including fire exits, door retaining devices & fire emergency lights.You are Experienced in a similar role, or have worked in a self-employed capacity in recent yearsWilling to travel & hold a full valid driving licenceAble to communicate at all levels & record detailed, accurate maintenance informationSkilled at DIY & general maintenancePreferably experienced in the electrical/plumbing/construction industryFriendly, conscientious & an excellent team member with a positive attitude.Why Cygnet?
