As Maintenance Manager, you'll lead our maintenance operations with confidence and care, ensuring every piece of equipment, system, and facility performs at its best. You'll guide a high performing team, respond quickly to challenges, and maintain the standards that keep our environment welcoming, reliable, and safe.

What You Will Do In This Splendid Role:

• Lead and coach the maintenance team
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance
• Oversee equipment upgrades and repairs
• Troubleshoot using control systems and technical diagrams
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain accurate records
• Liaise with Hotel Management and staff to carry out required painting, redecoration and general maintenance duties
• Carry out all administrative work related to maintenance operations, ensuring all jobs are accurately logged from request through to completion
