Maintenance Joiner: Timber & Metal Fabrication Expert

Skanska UK Plc is seeking a Maintenance Joiner for the Building Services Team in Derby. The role covers interior and external maintenance joinery, including small works, to a high standard.

You will interpret drawings, set out work, and perform timber machining and metal framing tasks. A trade apprenticeship with City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 and CSCS card are required. Willingness to work at height and on-call for emergencies is essential.
