Maintenance Janitor

CREGG are hiring a Maintenance Janitor for our manufacturing client in Shannon, Clare.

Day shift - Monday Friday 8am - 4.30pm

Contract - 3-6 month contract with view of extension

Responsibilities

• Lawn cutting and maintenance
• Carpark and surrounding hard landscape spot weed control and rubbish/debris collection
• Weed control maintenance of small gravelled shrubbery
• Footpath and yard power hosing
• Oversee/manage related contractor visits
• Metal swarf waste bin emptying (forklift required) (forklift training and certification can be provided if necessary)
• Waste management i.e. arrange collection of various metal recycling materials and present bins for collection as required
• CNC machinery coolant change (sporadic task - training will be provided if a requirement presents)
• Manage oil stock - reorder through SLE stores as required
• General maintenance related tasks

Requirements

• Previous maintenance/ janitorial experience beneficial
• Knowledge/ background in a trade
• Landscaping experience beneficial
• Full driving license
• Requirement to move between two sites (within same location)
