Maintenance Helpdesk Agent Hybrid Work & Growth

Poundland Limited is seeking a Maintenance Helpdesk Agent to support our Property Operations. Based at our Walsall office with optional hybrid working after probation, you will manage maintenance requests, log tasks, and ensure CAFM audit trails.

The role requires call centre or helpdesk experience and strong admin/IT skills. You'll work shifts between 7am and 5:30pm, may cover bank holidays on a rota, and there are extensive employee benefits including bonus potential and discounts.
