Maintenance Electrician: Electrical & Automation Specialist

Dawn Meats Carrolls Cross in Waterford is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to support day-to-day operations and the production facility. Based at our primary plant in Carrolls Cross, you will manage electrical works, troubleshooting, and safety compliant maintenance activities.

The role requires 3+ years post-apprenticeship experience, familiarity with process equipment and automation, and a driving licence. Flexibility for shifts and on-call duties is expected.
