The Role: Help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

Ensure the smooth running of facilities.

Liaise with contractors.

Perform maintenance compliance tasks including:

• Plumbing
• HVAC
• Electrical systems
• Resident emergency systems
• Equipment repairs
• Interior and exterior finishes
