As a maintenance assistant, you will ensure the hotel's facilities, equipment, and grounds are well-maintained and in good working order. This includes responding to maintenance requests, performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and coordinating with vendors and contractors. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring the hotel is clean, safe, and well-maintained for guests and staff.
To succeed as a Maintenance Assistant, you will need:
- Passion for delivering great service and a solid understanding of health and safety.
- Experience and qualifications as a plumber, electrician, painter and decorator within a hotel environment.
- Willingness to learn and to work as part of a wide hotel team.
