Maintenance & Reliability Engineer (EV Charging Infrastructure)

We're looking for a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to take a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure across the Netherlands.

You'll be the critical link between Technology and Operations-leading maintenance efforts, optimizing technical workflows, and driving continuous improvements. This role involves close coordination with internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders to deliver reliable, efficient, and scalable service operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee operation and maintenance strategies for EV charging stations throughout the Netherlands
• Analyze performance data to identify priorities and implement improvements
• Generate clear, data-driven insights and technical reports
• Lead and support the internal service team on technical issues and development
• Collaborate on infrastructure and service projects to improve operational efficiency
• Coordinate with external contractors to ensure high-quality and timely work
• Share knowledge to elevate team capabilities and technical standards
• Ensure alignment and clear communication between technical teams and management

Your Profile

• Degree in electrical or software engineering, or 3+ years of relevant industry experience
• Some experience in team coordination or leadership is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis
• Excellent communication skills and a hands-on, structured approach to work
• Analytical mindset and the ability to clearly communicate technical insights
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Willingness to travel within the Netherlands as needed
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
• Additional technical certifications (e.g., master electrician, technician) are a plus
