Maintenance Administrator
Location; Havant (PO9)
Temp to Perm
Hourly; £8.21- £10.00 per hour
Maintenance Administrators/ Customer Service Advisors required for large housing maintenance specialist with exciting opportunities to join a newly formed team on a brand new contract.
Ideal candidates will come from a similar role, dealing outbound calls too tenants, customers, managers, suppliers and engineers, handling appointments of maintenance servicing and repairs,
Be eager to learn technical terminology of specialist equipment to be utilised on some jobs designated to Engineers.
