Macmillan Clinical Nurse Specialist, Palliative Care

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust in Trafford is seeking a Band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist within the Trafford Macmillan Palliative Care Team. You will work as part of the locality-based MDT to deliver high-quality palliative care and support to patients and carers in the community.

The role focuses on triage, complex assessments, education and guidance for the multidisciplinary team, with opportunities to lead on caseloads and supervise junior staff.
