Full Training Provided Temp-to-Perm Career Progression
Location: Bridgwater, Somerset
Pay: £14.06 per hour, increasing to £16.71 per hour once permanent
Contract: Full-time, temporary with the opportunity to become permanent
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off - Days & Nights
Day Shifts: 06:45-18:45
Night Shifts: 18:45-06:45

No extensive machine operating experience? No problem! Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Your Festive To-Do List - What You'll Be Doing- Operating production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Learning to operate specialist manufacturing machinery.
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Packing, wrapping and preparing finished products.
- Assisting with machine changeovers and general production duties.
- Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.
- Following company procedures and health and safety requirements.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Previous production or manufacturing experience (beneficial but not essential).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
- A reliable approach and a strong work ethic.
- Good attention to detail.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Flexibility to work 12-hour day and night shifts on a rotating 4-on, 4-off pattern.
£14.06 per hour to start
£16.71 per hour once permanent
Overtime paid at 1.5x
