Job Description
Machine Operator (Tractor/excavator/dumper/Ufkes etc)
Location: Maidstone or Polegate
Pay: £121-£130 per day + Enhanced Overtime (OTE £45,000-£50,000+)
Contract Type: Full Time Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7.00am-4.00pm - Overtime flexibility is required to work evenings and weekends, when needed.
We are recruiting Machine Operators on behalf of Chaffin Works to support a range of arboriculture, vegetation management and infrastructure projects across the South East.
This position offers excellent earning potential through regular overtime, alongside long-term career prospects within a growing business.
- Operating plant machinery safely and efficiently
- Conducting routine inspections and maintenance checks
- Supporting site teams with project delivery
- Working in line with all health and safety procedures
- Completing site records and documentation
