Contract Machine Operative

Our client, a leading company within the Manufactoring industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Machine Operative to join their team in Fenton, Staffordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery safely and efficiently
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
• Reporting of machinery issues
• Follow detailed work instructions and sign off completed tasks

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Machine Operative
• Strong understanding of machinery operation and safety protocols
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Flexible attitude towards shift patterns and overtime when required
