Machine Learning Engineer
12-Month Initial Contract
(Hybrid - 2 days onsite)
I'm recruiting a Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of machine learning solutions, data science applications, and AI-driven analytics platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who can own projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI/ML models and data science solutions
- Build scalable, high-quality software using modern testing and automation practices
- Drive data-led product strategy and platform improvements
- Improve data quality, performance, scalability, and reliability
- Champion DataOps/DevSecOps, governance, privacy, and security best practices
Key Skills
- Strong Python and R
- Experience with Linux, AWS, containers, and data science platforms
- Knowledge of AI/GenAI development, including RAG architectures
