Job Description

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for an M365 Continuity Planning Coordinator (SPOC) to join a global client in the Manufacturing Industry. You will lead the development of disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans (BCPs) for Microsoft 365 services, ensuring compliance with internal IT resilience standards. You will act as the single point of contact, coordinating with technical SMEs and stakeholders to deliver comprehensive recovery documentation and support testing activities.

Requirements for M365 Continuity Planning Coordinator role:
. Experience in IT continuity, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning, preferably in cloud or M365 environments.
. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Office apps, Power Platform).
. Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 22301, ISO 27031, or NIST SP 800-34.
. Excellent project coordination skills for managing multiple workstreams and timelines.
. Outstanding communication and facilitation skills to engage SMEs and stakeholders.
. Ability to synthesize technical recovery procedures into clear documentation.
