M&E Building Services Lead - Cambridge Projects

Kier Group in Waterbeach, Cambridge, is seeking a Building Services Manager to provide expert technical guidance across multi-project delivery from tender to handover.

You will lead on M&E design and installations, coordinate with design teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure quality and compliance of installations, commissioning, and as-built manuals.

The role requires SMSTS, CSCS and a full driving licence, with strong experience in a main contracting environment.
