Description
- Lead tax due diligence, transaction structuring and advisory engagements across a range of deal types.
- Manage multiple transactions simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing commercially focused tax advice throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Support private equity investors, management teams and corporate clients on acquisitions, disposals and restructurings.
- Review the work of junior team members and provide coaching and technical guidance.
- Identify additional opportunities to support clients and contribute to business development activities.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders on larger and more complex transactions.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of processes, methodologies and service delivery.
Profile
- ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified.
- Strong transaction tax experience gained within a professional services or advisory environment.
- Excellent understanding of UK corporate tax and transaction-related tax matters.
- Proven experience leading due diligence and tax advisory projects.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple workstreams.
- Commercially minded with excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable reviewing work, mentoring junior staff and supporting team development.
- Proactive, solutions-focused and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced deal environment.
- Interest in technology, innovation and driving continuous improvement.
Job Offer
- £65,000 - £75,000 + bonus + benefits, depending on experience.
