Job Summary

We are recruiting an M&A Tax Manager in London to manage day-to-day workflows on transaction projects for owner-managed and corporate clients. You will provide technical tax advisory and due diligence reports, liaise with clients and their professional advisors, and support junior team members through coaching and delegation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver transaction tax advisory and due diligence reports for Director/Partner review
• Communicate with clients, their advisors, and counterparties on transactions
• Coordinate internal specialist teams (PAYE, VAT, etc.) as required
• Train, mentor, and develop junior team members
• Apply UK tax technical knowledge to commercial transaction solutions
• Manage multiple deadlines in time-sensitive deal environments

About You

• CTA qualified; ACA/ACCA also preferred
• Experience in UK transaction tax in advisory or due diligence roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deliver work to tight deadlines and high standards
• Motivated, proactive, and client-focused
• Willing to expand technical knowledge across transaction-related taxes
