M&A Tax Director - Lead Advisory (Hybrid, London)

Stafffinders seeks an experienced Associate Director to lead M&A tax advisory for private equity and corporate clients in London. You will drive tax due diligence, transaction structuring and advisory, coordinating with clients and internal teams across buy-side and sell-side deals.

We want UK tax expertise, a Chartered Accountant or Tax Adviser qualification, and strong leadership, project management and communication skills to mentor juniors and deliver high-profile engagements.
