UK International law firm in London is recruiting a Corporate Associate (M&A) with 1-3 PQE to join its top-tier team. The role offers a salary range of £105,000 to £115,000 plus a standard bonus scheme for meeting hours targets. Hybrid work with 60% office attendance is available.

The successful candidate will handle high-value private and some VC/PE work, draft and negotiate key documents, and support business development and client relationships on a regional and international scale.
