M&A - Technology Deals Diligence Advisory - Manager

Oliver James is partnered with a specialist Deals Advisory firm to support them in hiring a Technology Advisory Manager.

The role will be London based, averaging three days in the office, paying up to £100,000 basic excluding a car allowance, bonuses, well being allowances and flexible benefits.

Responsibilities

As a Manager you will operate under tight M&A time frames and demands; interface with corporate technology teams, CIOs, CTOs, CISOs and private equity investment teams to support successful execution of their M&A engagements.

You will advise clients, PE firms and other enterprises across technology pre deal diligence, carve outs, integrations and portfolio reviews.

Key initiatives

Advice could be across a number of initiatives, including:

• End to end technology due diligence
• Carve out complexity
• Separation & integration strategies
• Transformation planning

Qualifications

Background required for the role should include some of the following:

• Deep technology landscape understanding
• Consulting / Professional Services experience
• Understanding of M&A, deal cycle environments
