Luxury Stone Customer Support Specialist

Quorn Stone, established in 1995 with a Head Office in Loughborough, is hiring a Customer Support Advisor to join our Head Office team. You will support customers from purchase through delivery, liaising with showrooms, logistics partners and internal teams to resolve queries and coordinate deliveries.

You will deliver first-class service by phone and email, provide after-sales guidance, and manage order queries and amendments in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
