About the job

We are recruiting a part-time Luxury Retail Assistant for our Kiltane store in London. We are looking for someone who is available 3 days on a rota of 7 days per week. This is a 21 hours per week minimum contract.

About you:
  • Mandarin or Korean speaker, beneficial but not essential
  • Previous experience in a luxury retail environment (beneficial)
  • Able to work well with others & approach others easily
  • Dedication to provide high standard of customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to prioritise and multitask well in a busy environment
Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing payments and returns
  • Ensuring the shop floor is fully stocked and well presented
  • Accepting and cross-checking daily deliveries
  • Maintain knowledge of all out products and textiles
