Luxury Residential Concierge - Resident Experience & Safety

Pegasus Homes is seeking a Day Concierge in Westminster, London, to supervise the development and provide exceptional service to residents. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be well-presented, and preferably come from a luxury environment. The position offers a permanent contract at £30,000 per annum, with a rota of 4 days on, 4 days off. Responsibilities include managing security, handling resident inquiries, and supporting the onsite management team. Knowledge of the local area and facilities/property experience is a plus.
