Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Colchester

Start: ASAP Long-term 1:1 Support

We are currently seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work on a long term booking in a mainstream primary school in the Colchester area.

The role involves 1:1 support for a child who requires additional help to access learning and thrive within the classroom environment. The school is welcoming, supportive, and keen to find someone who can build a strong, consistent relationship with the pupil.

Ideal Candidate

• Have previous experience working with children (experience in a school setting is highly desirable)
• Be patient, nurturing, and committed to supporting individual learning needs
• Be able to work reliably on a long term basis
• Preferably be a driver (though not essential)
