Loss Prevention & Customer Service Specialist

arenaflex is seeking a Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate to help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming shopping environment. You will work with the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management to deter theft, provide exceptional customer service, and uphold arenaflex policies.

Responsibilities include acting as a visible deterrent, assisting customers, and reporting incidents while wearing the designated uniform and body-worn camera.
