About the roleOur Customer Support team is the public face of the company and provides first-class front-line support to our millions of customers. We're also internal customer champions, working with product teams to ensure customers stay at the forefront of everything Revolut does.
We're looking for a Subject Matter Product Expert with a customer support background to deliver great customer experiences and help improve Revolut's features and services.
What you'll be doing- Providing UK Bank customers with an extremely high-level, personalised service to manage their issues end to end
- Delivering the highest level of customer service, without the need to follow extensive or specific communication rules
- Problem-solving customer issues to make sure outcomes are optimised for both customers and the business
- Collaborating with other teams internationally to tackle any customer issue
- Delivering a clear understanding of escalated cases to RBUK ExCo members via case summaries, including causes, aggravating factors, and suggested solutions
- Conducting thorough investigations and reports on root causes of escalations, suggesting actions to be taken to improve end-to-end customer service
- Fluency in English with exceptional communication and writing skills
- 1+ years experience in customer support
- Experience working with Atlassian Jira or Atlassian Service Desk
- The ability to explain complex issues in an easy and understandable way
- Self-motivation and a highly flexible approach to teamwork
- Great attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience as a subject matter expert or second-line support representative
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience.
